Before submitting your manuscript for publishing, please take time to assure the following steps have been taken. This will minimize any delays in getting your book completed and available for sale.
Proof-reading: Your entire book and cover material should be proof read before you submit it to us. Errors in content, including spelling and punctuation errors, missing, incorrect or incomplete information in the text, as well as table of contents errors should be corrected before submission.
  • Error Corrections: The Author is responsible for correcting all spelling and punctuation errors, missing, incorrect or incomplete information in the text, as well as table of contents errors, identified by proof reading, before a manuscript is submitted.
  • The complete text manuscript for your book must be submitted in ONE (1) file, do not submit one file for each chapter. Any files submitted by attaching to E-Mails will be considered preliminary only and the publishing of your book will not begin until all material is submitted through our uploading process.
  • In the initial creation of your manuscript, be sure that ALL BODY TEXT is created using THE SAME FONT STYLE. Do NOT use "Normal" style in some places and "Default" style in others, or any other inconsistent use of styles. If you do this, the printer will not be able to properly adjust margins and justification of the text.
  • Manuscripts need to be single-spaced without extra lines between paragraphs.
  • Paragraphs need to be left justified only.
  • Paragraphs must begin with a set tab rather than spaces.
  • Page numbers should not be included in the body of the manuscript. Page numbers will be generated during the formatting process.
  • Kerning (the space between letters in a word) is designed into the font and will not be altered.
  • ALWAYS USE TABS rather than indents or spaces.

  • Chapters and section breaks must be clearly marked.
